After my review, management contacted me and apologised. We arranged a replacement service with Chloe today. The new Mindfulness facial with the vibro acoustic bed was fantastic. She was a great therapist and I am looking to rebook.
The manager didn’t ask me to change this review but I thiught it was fair. Their response to my experience was excellent and they will be providing extra training to the other therapist.

Disappointing and expensive first visit last week.
When I arrived, there wasn’t much of a greeting, and I waited nearly 10 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00, but I didn’t go through to the treatment room until just before 12:10, and I was out and paying before 12:50, so it didn’t seem like I received the full 50-minute session that was $169.
While the products used smelled lovely and felt nice, there was little explanation of what was being used and why, even when I asked. The therapist wasn’t warm or engaging, and there were no small touches that make a facial feel special like checking if I was comfortable, if the temperature and lighting were okay, or just creating a more relaxing atmosphere.
I’ve had many facials before, and this one felt quite basic for the price. I was excited to visit the salon, and I’m unsure whether this is the usual service or if it was an off day.

They had special on again and decided to give it a try again, i was NOT disappointed.
Amazing job done by Emily. My face felt Amazing she took excellent care and listened to what I wanted out of needling and I left feeling great. The attention to care and details before and after was excellent. Didn’t rush the work to get to next client. Went there feeling drained came out refreshed. would go back and see her everyday 8 weeks for as long as she works there.
Please go and see her you will leave the place feeling great. Cant say enough. My face still feels great.
They have a special for $149 usually over $200 . She does an amazing job. 5⭐️ all the way.
