Would love to give 0 starJust moved from Sydney to Perth and it was my first facial experience here ( bare beauty) 2day ago ..but sadly was my worst experience of Life…my appointment was at 12 o’clock and 10 minutes for consultation so booked at 11:50 I was 10 minutes late coz I m new mum which was told when I was booking appointment .. I ask them I am confused for the facial don’t know which one is better for my skin was told therapist gonna discuss with me was really excited … I was there @12 they consult with me without telling me any other option they just said microdermabrasion is good for my skin so I trust them .it started @ 12:18 and finished @ 12:58 they deducted 20 minutes from my appointment because I was 10 minutes late how fare is that … 40 minutes for one hour facial still charge me full price… but I was still alright until my husband told me that my blackhead is still there ..there is 0% effects on them which was my major concern absolutely hate it … I did contact them for the solution but they sadly don’t believe their customer and don’t know how to solve the problems they want me book another appointment 🤣 not even in my nightmares.
Am glad that the owner understands the need to train and retrain the staff. Especially in the area of cultural sensitivity. The previous issues were resolved amicably.

I love the vegan products that the Bare Skin and Beauty Salon use. Due my lanolin allergy I can always feel confident that I won’t have an allergic reaction to there products.I have also been seen by professional beauticians for my waxing appointments. I have always bookings in advance. Definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family

Was a quiet afternnon for them so they fitted me right in. The girl that did my wax spent alot of time paying attention to detail to get my eyebrows looking perfect! I will definitely be going back for more services!

Mary is a fantastic beautician and treats me amazingly every time i come in, highly recommend her for any treatment you’re going to get here.The hydradermabrasion is brilliant, a bit painful for those who are sensitive but leaves skin incredibly soft and reduced my pigmentation 🙂
I have had Alisa, couple of times now for eyebrows and a spray tan. Always does an amazing job on my brows and is very friendly and made me feel super comfortable getting a tan and is just all round great at what she does 🙌
