Our Return Policy
At Bare Skin and Beauty, we provide a fair return policy for all beauty products. You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return if you find any faults, damages, or if the product causes allergic reactions.

Upon accepting your return, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items returned without prior return requests. For any return inquiries, please contact us at [email protected].
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and immediately contact us if you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item. We will promptly address the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy
We cannot accept returns of perishable goods, custom products, and used personal care goods, unless a reaction occurs. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Exchange Your Items
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Processing Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Solutions
Due to the large range of items and services it is at the discretion of Bare Skin and Beauty whether we offer a refund or exchange/credit. We strictly offer no change of mind which includes returns in exchange for a refund especially where an alternative option has been provided.
Allergic Reaction
In the event an allergic reaction has occurred it is highly recommended to find out the ingredient that you have had the allergic reaction to by seeing a dermatologist (GPs are not qualified to determine the cause of an allergic skin reaction). In the event that multiple products have been purchased then unless a dermatologist letter has been provided with an ingredient that is used in all the products then only the product that you had an allergic reaction to will be allowed to be returned.
Will I Need To Fill Out Any Paperwork?
Yes, you are purchasing skincare that is overseen by certain legal bodies. Any reaction must be documented and a return will not be approved without it. Returns are also not at the discretion of Bare Skin and Beauty but our suppliers and they will not accept a return without the appropriate paperwork.
